Keep VIP Tier Progress and Redeemable Points Separate
VIP pages often display status, points and rewards beside one another even though they use different calculations. A tier counter may measure lifetime or recent wagering while redeemable points can expire or convert only to bonus value.
Review the current Wombat accountName every counter
Record tier name, qualifying period, tier points, redeemable points, conversion rate, reward wallet, expiry and excluded products. Save the current programme terms.
Do not add tier points to cash balance or assume a higher rank makes rewards withdrawable. Ask which counter resets and on what timezone.

Audit earning and redemption
Use settled wager IDs or account statements to sample point accrual. Record redemption request, rate, resulting wallet and any wagering requirement.
When a promotion boosts points, keep the base and temporary multiplier separate. Do not increase play merely to preserve tier status; use preset spending and time limits.
Reconcile expiry and closure
Before inactivity or closure, ask how unused points, cashback and tier benefits are treated. Save notice dates and the final account statement.
A forfeited loyalty reward should not alter withdrawable cash unless the terms explicitly connect them. Challenge mismatched ledger entries through the formal complaint route.
