Audit a Casino Tournament From Entry to Prize Credit
Casino tournaments add scoring rules on top of ordinary game results. A visible rank can remain provisional until eligible wagers settle, fraud checks finish and tie-breaks are applied, so the prize should be tracked as a separate event.

Record event ID, start and end time, timezone, eligible games, minimum stake, point formula, multipliers, opt-in requirement, tie-break and excluded play. Save prize table and settlement date.
Do not assume wagering volume equals points. Some events score wins, multipliers or selected titles differently, and void rounds may be removed after the leaderboard updates.

Keep dated leaderboard snapshots
Save rank, points and timestamp at meaningful intervals and retain representative round IDs supporting the score. Mark pending or cancelled rounds separately.
A final-minute screenshot is not a final result. Wait for the operator's closed leaderboard and preserve any adjustment notice.
Reconcile the prize
Record final rank, award type, wallet credited, wagering condition, expiry and transaction ID. A free-spin or bonus prize is not cash until its own rules are met.
If missing, open one case with event ID, final snapshot and account history. Ask for the scoring calculation and tie-break rather than submitting unrelated game results.
